Taleah holds a Bachelor of Science in Media Arts & Animation from The Art Institute of Los Angeles as well as Interaction Design Foundation UX Certification. As a nod to her design abilities, she has also been awarded a few Member’s Choice and Pinnacle awards.
She manages govAccess and govDelivery designers, both product families within Granicus. In govAccess, she leads a team of UX designers who create innovative service-centric government websites. Under her leadership of govDelivery, the team of digital designers design & develop marketing campaign solutions via email.
Choosing the right problems to solve drives Taleah. She approaches challenges by focusing on understanding people to identify pain points and apply what’s learned to improve usability. Taleah enjoys working with people and building relationships whether it’s with clients or members of a team.
